How I Got Started

My passion for career and education counseling began with my own journey to Japan. Soon after arriving, I realized that many students were being misled by inaccurate and incomplete information provided by some consultancies. Too often, students struggled to adjust to life abroad because they had received poor guidance from intermediaries who prioritized commissions over their futures.

Having experienced these challenges firsthand, I became determined to make a difference. I wanted to ensure that future students would receive honest, reliable, and practical guidance before taking such an important step in their lives. This commitment inspired me to establish a student-centered consultancy built on integrity, transparency, and genuine care.

Background

I hold a Master’s degree in Journalism and have lived and worked in Japan for over 12 years. Before entering the education consultancy sector, I built my career in Japan’s hospitality industry, where I gained valuable insight into Japanese work culture, language, professional expectations, and everyday life.

During my time in Japan, I also had the privilege of serving as the Vice President of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRN). In this role, I met countless Nepali students and listened to their experiences, many of whom faced challenges that could have been avoided with proper guidance. These interactions strengthened my commitment to helping students make informed decisions about their education and future.

Over the years, I have developed strong relationships with numerous universities and educational institutions across Japan. These partnerships enable me to guide students toward institutions that genuinely match their academic goals, career aspirations, and personal circumstances.

My Role

As the Founder, Director, and CEO, I lead the organization’s vision, strategic planning, and overall operations while continuing to provide career and education counseling. My focus is to ensure that every student receives ethical guidance, personalized support, and the resources they need to build a successful future abroad.

My Philosophy

I believe that education is one of the most important investments a person can make, and choosing the right path should never be based on misinformation or pressure.

My mission is to provide every student with honest, transparent, and practical counseling so they can confidently make decisions about their education, career, and future. From selecting the right institution to understanding visa requirements and adapting to life in Japan, I believe every student deserves guidance they can trust.

Having personally experienced the challenges of studying and working abroad, I understand the importance of preparing students not only for admission but also for the realities of living in a new country. I consider it both a privilege and a responsibility to help students build a strong foundation for long-term success.

Beyond Work

Outside of my professional responsibilities, I have a deep passion for literature. Reading and exploring different perspectives continue to shape the way I think, communicate, and connect with people. I believe that continuous learning and meaningful conversations are essential for both personal and professional growth.

How I Got Started

My journey into education and career counseling began through a meaningful connection with our Founder, Bindu Dhakal, while I was living in Japan. Inspired by her vision and dedication to helping students achieve their dreams, I discovered my own passion for guiding young people toward international education and successful careers.

Background

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and began my professional career as a radio journalist. This experience strengthened my communication skills and, more importantly, taught me the value of listening to people’s stories with empathy and understanding—qualities that now play a vital role in my work as a counselor.

Having lived in Japan for six years, I developed a deep understanding of the country’s language, culture, work ethics, and daily life. I also speak business-level fluent Japanese, enabling me to provide students with practical insights and realistic expectations about studying and living in Japan.

My Role

As the Manager and Counselor, I oversee student counseling, staff management, and marketing. This diverse role allows me to support students throughout their journey while ensuring that our team delivers professional, reliable, and student-centered services.

My Philosophy

I believe that every successful journey begins with the right mindset. Before securing a visa, university admission, or job opportunity, students need to believe in their own abilities and potential.

My goal is to inspire students to become confident, independent, and responsible individuals who rely on their own efforts while remaining grateful for the guidance and support they receive. I believe these qualities are the true foundation for long-term success, both abroad and in life.

Beyond Work

Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy practicing yoga, singing, traveling, reading, cooking, and engaging in meaningful conversations with people from different backgrounds. These activities help me stay balanced, inspired, and connected.
