2023 (Pre-Launch) — The Vision Begins

Before our official registration, a small team of passionate educators came together with a singular vision: to make quality Japanese education accessible to Nepali students. Operating informally for a few months, we refined our approach and built the foundation for what would become Vocovision Academy.

October 16, 2023 — Official Launch

Vocovision Academy is officially incorporated as a Private Limited Company. This marked the beginning of our mission to bridge Japanese education and Nepal’s talented youth. With determination and expertise, we officially launched our consultancy services focused on Japanese language training and university counseling.

November 27 – December 6, 2023 — Professional Development

Our founding team underwent intensive Educational Counselor Training at Sanothimi, Bhaktapur (TITI Bhaktapur). Experienced counselors with years of consultancy experience mentored us in professional counseling methodologies, ensuring we could provide the highest quality guidance to our students.

December 2023 — First Partnership Established

Signed our first official partnership with Kyushu Language Academy, Japan. This marked our entry into Japan’s educational network and enabled us to guide students through authentic Japanese language pathways.

2023 — Japanese Language Prep Program Launched

Introduced comprehensive JLPT and Japanese language preparation courses, becoming one of the few consultancies in Nepal offering structured language training alongside university counseling.

March 22, 2024 — Asia Japanese Academy Partnership

Received official authorization from Asia Japanese Academy (Fukuoka, Japan) , our primary and flagship partner. This partnership strengthened our credibility and expanded opportunities for students seeking quality Japanese education.

April 2024 — First Success Batch

Celebrated our first successful student intake for Japanese universities. This milestone represented the culmination of months of planning, training, and counseling. Our inaugural batch proved our commitment to student success.

2024 — Expanding Our Network
